Our kitchen is the centre of the hotel and is more like a home kitchen. It is here where 3 times a week Jacqueline surprises the guests with a delicious 3 course menu. Using fresh, organic ingredients from local markets and the garden. Her cuisine is colorfull, exciting, vibrant, and balanced inspired by the season, and mediterranean and middle-eastern flavours.

The restaurant is open for all. Both guest and non-guest of the hotel.
Open Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Diner is served around 20:30.
