For complete pampering you can book one of our body and / or facial treatments. There is a wide variety of choice in treatments from hydrating body and relaxation massages to vitalising facials; from refreshing facial peels to Ayurveda head massage. Rebecca style of yoga is a fun, dynamic, vinyasa flow, with attention to alignment, balance and strength or she also offer more gentle classes with a focus on calming the body and mind.
Siska offers Hatha Yoga focusing on a progressive asana sequences with attention to alignment to develop strength and flexibility. Through her experience as yoga masseuse, she also blends in Thai massage pressure techniques and sometimes partner exercises to help deepen stretches and twists.
